Who can tell? The only time you can tell that you're in reality is when you tread on lego, kick your little toe into the breakfast table, get whacked in the ghoulies by some snot nosed brat, or laugh up coke through your nose. At all other times what you believe that you are experiencing might as well just be fantasy.
