We used to bring him in once a month with a harness & leash ( no cat carrier needed ) to get his sugar checked as we found out 9 months ago he was diabetic. I would take him for a walk around this big field next to the vets office when we were done. These are a couple of pictures that I really like of him. Here he is with my cat lil Kris who I lost 4yrs ago, she just loved him.The bottom photos are of him the first night that I found him while fishing under a bridge for stripper, he was starving when I had my wife come and get him, as soon as he was done eating he jumped down and went right to the cat toy box and began playing. When I got home from fishing I showered and sat in my chair and he hopped right up like he's lived there for years lol, that was Stripe!!!
so sorry for your loss. i'm crying now because my baby is at least 12 and i know i take him for granted. i don't know it makes you feel any better but i'm gonna love my cat 20x extra next time i see him, because of your post. lately some personal stuff has gotten bad enough that i haven't been able to appreciate him as much and be nice to him when he whines. i haven't seen him in a few days cause i've been avoiding my intolerable roommates. i don't think it will be possible for me to feel good about myself once he's gone.
