It is rare in this day and age to see a 50% price bump-- I mean, even Netflix does it $2 at a time.
I still contend that if Zwift wants to make real money, they need to sell "passes" alongside the subscriptions. I live in SoCal, and have no need of a monthly subscription to Zwift. I would probably use it 2-3 times a month, and only about 3 months of the year. Say a single-day, "all you can ride" for 99¢ a day. Still outrageously more expensive than a subscription, but I'd be 100% fine with paying a buck to use it for a 24 hour period.
So unless some physical malady befalls me again, I won't be dropping 15 bucks on Zwift like... ever. I got my money's worth out of my 10 bucks back in March-- 500 miles in 22 days-- but I was so happy to get outside again, I didn't even use the last week of the subscription.
