Theres only so much deer in headlights or broken promises one can take from a lbs.
this is where the last hope in humanity can reassure society is not a total loss...
provided all information they requested, to then take time off work a multiple occasions to find out they ordered the wrong part, made changes to the new part thinking it was needed, ordered another part. New part is not oem replacement when me the customer only agreed to oem new parts to be used. Was given an attitude when they were at fault.
I've found that if they know the brand well enough and knows howto get it, then I'll do business with them.
