I am not as worried about reflectors I prefer lights over reflectors but I might give the Toplight Line Plus a try, it seems like a good deal of folks here are down with it. I hadn't thought of the Secula but I am also unsure of my fender situation as I may get different fenders to fit my bigger tires.
I wouldn't go with M99 and AC/DC converter (Malcolm Young RIP) just because I don't want to add more complexity to the system but the regular one might be brighter than I give it credit for it is just not laid out like my Light and Motion rear light which is easier to see when looking back.
