Protect that headlight from impacts,

I have seen several that finished their tours, out here, the light broken off because they mounted it out in front of their over the wheel front rack.

B&M headlight mounting tabs are plastic Maybe the new Aluminum bodied IQ-X plastic tab -band can be replaced, IDK.

the Luxos U cannot , the case is molded plastic incorporating the tab,
tourists with electronics, cell phone cameras like the USB output up on the handlebars of those.

They have to buy a whole new light.
