Help finding the perfect bike.
I have a budget of 1000€ no more on the bicycle.
It's gotta be a fat bike. I'm sticking it with luna cycles 3kW planetary mid-drive motor and a 28Ah 52 Volt pack.
It has to have hydraulic brakes.
But after that I'm lost. I don't know anything technical about bikes or where to find good sources on standards, measurements and what not about bicycles.
I'm thinking that since the bike is so powerfull and I'm planning on using it mainly by battery power, that is there really need for gears and shifters? Why not just but the right ones for my liking? You know "acceleration vs speed". I want speed but I need to get accelerated also like we all do.

I looked at bicycle photos about the rear wheel and the disc brakes and gears are inside the frame hooks. Stupid question if there is no gears and brake disc would the axel be different from a one that there isnt any of those?

Stupid questions a lot but I don't understand bicycles.

Handbook about bicycle technics that isn't too long would be great.
