That style of Reynolds 531 decal places your frame before 1983. Reynolds issued those between 1977 and 1981.

Decal style is not always a guarantee of manufacturing date but if original they will get you close.

Also, if you check the history info, the address on the Holdsworthy sticker might help too.

That frame needs some 783 gear on it!
