Please post some sharper pictures, especially closeups of the head tube, lugs and fork crown and the seat tube cluster.

Use this drawing as a guide for areas that help in identifying a bike.

Otherwise you will be flooded with well intended guesses.

The lugs look like Nervex Pros but only a closeup will tell for sure.

The Italian colors, red, white and green stripes on the down tube look like tape one handle bar tape supplier provided to finishing of the wrap.
