If the price is good, I would go check it out and buy it based on it having quality components. I wouldn't pay more than what you feel the components are worth, maybe a bit more if you have a good feeling about the frame. Once you have possession, you can delve more deeply into the frame ID. Then, if the frame is a dud, you at least got a good set of components. However, it appears to be a decent frame, just repainted.
