Your ANT+ stick is not installed correctly, and therefore, Zwift will not see any Ant+ devices. Check your Device Manager panel to see what the problem is. You might need to install a driver.

Unpair the Kickr in Windows. It is currently paired over Bluetooth and it should not be paired through Windows.

If you can't get your ANT+ dongle to work, you can connect over Bluetooth by installing the Zwift Mobile Link app on your phone. Open the app and log in to your account. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that it is connected over WiFi to the same network as the computer that is running Zwift. At this point, the Bluetooth icon in the Zwift pairing screen will turn white and "radiate". Hit search and connect your sensors.
