Hello,

That stinks! I had some troubles right at first too and I know the feeling. I hope I'm not redundant but can we go through a few steps?

go Start/Settings/Devices/"Devices and Printers" and make sure your Ant+ stick shows up there. I know I had to do a couple installs for some reason before it would work.

Go to Windows Defender and Firewall, add Zwift and Zwift Launcher to allowed list.

Turn on KickR, try starting Zwift. Does the Ant+ icon in upper left become animated? That is all you are looking for right now. Nothing is paired anywhere else.

Can you try a different USB ports if the Ant+ install does not seem correct?

Here is link to the FAQ for your issue.

On another note: as for the Bluetooth phone connection, it won't work with most Galaxy android phones.

Hang in there...
