Thank you! The trade is indeed bike related. I'm trading it for a complete 1984 Centurion Pro-Tour 15. It's pretty much all original besides the tires, front derailleur, and possibly the seat and seat post. Not sure on those just yet. The paint on it is a little more beat up than I was hoping for, and it's a 56cm when I was really hoping for a 58cm, but it's supposedly a very low mileage bike, and the components are all in really great shape! It may not be the perfect catch, but a brown '84 Pro-Tour has been at the top of my "wanted" list since I first got into vintage road bikes!
I was never the biggest fan of the TIG welded construction, or the fully chromed frame and fork on the Mongoose to begin with, so I went out and found a neglected '83 Diamond Back Ridge Runner to replace the Mongoose as my vintage MTB project. I much prefer the lugged construction and painted frame on the Ridge Runner anyway, so it all works out!
