Maybe.....I realised what's been causing my leg/bache pain.
After about 5 or 6 maybe 200KM+ weeks I was as fit as I have been. (pretty unfit really

)
Then track season started and I basically stopped riding the road bike and started training for track 3 nights racing 1 night. The first few weeks were ok and I was moving up the grades going well, then the pain started until just before xmas I had to stop.
What I now realise is that I was ok at the start as i had some degree of bike fitness but as I started to hammer myself on the track with no other 'base' cycling or strength to fall back on, my body has started to complain.
I had a really slow road ride last week and felt better at the end although can still feel pulling through the thigh/ass-cheek/back. so my plan is to get back on the roadie an get some miles under my belt to strengthen the body whil managing the injury.
Sound feasible?
