It has a few similarities to my 86 Tommasini Prestige, which is subject to some dispute as to its year, lugs have longer points and no stylized "T" on the shell. Try going through the BB pictures on Velo-Retro and match it up there. Hopefully [MENTION=57478]repechage[/MENTION] or [MENTION=20650]T-Mar[/MENTION] will see this flare send up, they have much more knowledge than I do, much, much more. Bet wishes on identifying the frame.

I have spent quite some time on velo-retro with no luck; the cuts are similar but not identical to those I've seen on some Giuseppe Pelà frames (this is is also likely more recent).
