Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

I basically gave up on the indoor trainer years ago. Now I use a rowing machine. The legs still get some work, but it also helps with the core and back, which I feel is important, since they don't get any help during the season.

BTW- no claim that this is scientific, just that it seems to work for me.
