I was simply stating a preference between two character traits based on various points, one being your posted reference to how the moron is raising the company's health insurance costs. Another being your defensiveness to the suggestion that you might be out of line here.

You're being awful judgy for someone claims they aren't judging.
My defensiveness is because I'm not wrong. A lot of people have this weird idea that if they disagree with someone, their opinion suddenly has more value. And that disagreeing with the disagreement makes the original person stubborn and pigheaded. But in real life, I'm right. My co worker is a tool. I know more about the entire situation that anyone else in the thread, making me thread's foremost expert in the subject. (You know, since I'm literally the only person here who knows anyone involved or was a witness to the exchange)
Since I'm that foremost thread expert on the matter, I won't take opinions on how I'm wrong from anyone else.
