Seriously?
Dialed means that the fit is right for the type of ride you want to achieve.
I ride 58 thru 62cm frames. It takes different stems, bars, posts etc to hit the combination of comfort, balance, power. Dialed permits you to push the frame and tires with knowledge that the rest is right. Different for each - my peculiar preference is narrow bars for pavement roadies.


edit: For example, my Holdsworth/Harding pictured above = Not Dialed - look at that saddle tilt. Clearly a picture taken before riding/evaluating that saddle, which was too skinny for my rear-end, so also not dialed.
