Bikes: they change so much I'm tired of updating this
Holdsworth build
I had this frame for sale due to the toptube being a tad to long. No interest in it from anybody so I decided to build it out of boredom. I had everything on hand , I hated to break open the Campy parts bin, but this is a really nice frame. Unfortunately all I had in shifters were to non drive sides, so I'm waiting on a drive side. The headset is the original Tange, Cinelli bars and stem. Everything is Nuovo Record except the calipers which are GS, it's all I had that was nutted.
Mavic Open 4 CD rims and Record hubs. I think the only change I will do is switch the tires to gumwalls.

Nice bike. Very nice.
Get the cockpit dialed and I can't imagine you won't like it.

Cockpit dialed? What does it mean?
"I use Dial - Don't you wish everyone did? 1960's deodorant soap commercial
Seriously?
Dialed means that the fit is right for the type of ride you want to achieve.
I ride 58 thru 62cm frames. It takes different stems, bars, posts etc to hit the combination of comfort, balance, power. Dialed permits you to push the frame and tires with knowledge that the rest is right. Different for each - my peculiar preference is narrow bars for pavement roadies.
edit: For example, my Holdsworth/Harding pictured above = Not Dialed - look at that saddle tilt. Clearly a picture taken before riding/evaluating that saddle, which was too skinny for my rear-end, so also not dialed.

Great looking build Sloar!
Very classic look. I'm with you on the gumwalls though. I think they'd round that bike out perfectly. I love the Clement Strada LGG 25mm that are on my Trek 770. I'd even consider going with 28mm on the Holdsworth if there's enough clearance.
Either way, nice work!

That's a fine looking setup. I like the black tape, it's ninja.
