3. I, personally, reject "purists" who think you're not a "real" cyclist or whatever if you don't ride everyday. To me, commuting is about having fun and staying healthy. If you can't have fun and be safe then that's YOUR call, no one else's. No shame in not riding on ANY day you see fit for ANY reason.
The "right" decision for a "dedicated" cyclist, is the one guards your safety akd everyone elses.
Those types of "dedicated" cyclists- are the ones that will still be here to ride tomorrow, and wont be tje ones ruinimg the image of cyclists in the public eye.
Good call in my opinion... just let the haters hate... if you did ride in...hed of likely had a comment in regards to that... he was probably tjinking about you the moment he stepped outside... wondering what YOU were going to do.
