EW-RS910 comes with casing that makes it all but impossible to knock off. Personally, I only used that solution for a brief period, partly because it prevents field maintenance. Instead, I used to fold over the handlebar tape and stuff it in with the end plugs, incl. EW-RS910. At the moment, I've done away with the fold and simply hold them in place with a bit of handlebar tape wrapped around the plugs. It seems to work but I don't have long-term experience.
