Mystery Peugeot

I need a little help identifying this Peugeot that came into the Bike Exchange last week.
It looks to be from the 70’s
5 speed freewheel, Looks French but I didn’t inspect
Mafac competition brakes , and levers
Simplex forged dropouts,
large flange Peugeot Trophe by Malliard hubs on Super Champion “gentleman” rims, probably 700 c although the tires and rims are not marked ,
Presta tubes.
Simplex 610? Rear derailleur
Suntour Vx front derailleur and down tube shifters
No name 52-42 chain rings
Front fork stamped Reynolds 531
Guidon Felipe Franco/ italia bars
Plate on bottom bracket stamped 7014693
Weight all up as shown 23.3 lbs

First guess was a PX10 but not sure.
