I'm just saying it is theoretically possible, not practically likely or realistic. With the width of bike tires, especially road tires, you would have to be traveling at speeds that most riders could never reach even when descending a steep hill. But the depth of the water doesn't matter. If you are skimming along the surface, you are skimming along the surface, no matter how much water is below it.
