OK, I'm not an expert, so I definitely can't say why you're wrong, but I've read explanations from experts. One wrote that you'd have to hit 70 mph, which is not going to happen. Hydroplaning is not something we need to worry about, and if we worry about it, we're ignoring real dangers.
