Jagwire makes some. The Jagwire brake cables sold at REI are pulled through a mandrel or whatever. Edit: look for "die-extruded" on label.
The REI here stopped selling Jagwire/Novara and went to another very obvious Chinese generic.
The Jagwire teflon are still my choice when I can find them. The 3 REI's near me never managed to have more than 1 or 2 of them in stock, ever.
