It's not the tire, it's the wheel. Selling depends on your location. It's sort of odd that he used it once but the wheels are mismatched.
And those handlebars, and stem aren't original either. That's not a bad thing necessarily, but it still means this bike could have, not positively been crashed. Again, not sure.
