Got this today, it was tied to a tree with a "$5" sign on it about two miles from my house.
I couldn't pass it up, any single part on it is worth $5, let alone an immaculate pair of wheels. and tires.
The thing is a total hodge podge of misc parts but it rides fantastic.

The chrome on this thing is in amazing shape, the cranks and sprocket will shine up like new, as will the fenders. The rims look like new. Too bad the frame is brush painted and the cg and forks don't match. Its super comfortable to ride though.
The mis-matched parts sort of look cool on that thing, I'd leave it the way it is. Sort of a red, white, and blue-ish type of theme. The Araya rims are an upgrade on that thing too, the originals were pretty low end stamped steel with cheap chrome, Araya chrome wheels usually had much nicer chrome.
