Bikes: more than my wife can keep track of

if you keep riding you will, by nature, get faster. 2 hours of consistent activity is nothing but great for your health. keep riding and it is always fun to join a group ride, just find one that fits your needs. check with a local bike shop and they can usually recommend a few rides you may like.

someone famous said something like; it doesn't get easier you just get faster.
