Bumping this and updating a bit. I had a kind offer of a rack set, but it looks like the wrap around front rack will not work with the Dia-Comp brakes. So I'm still looking but will need a front rack with a center brake bolt tang, which would be the same as the rear rack. Or just a set of low-riders...
