I have participated in various forums, but by far the two most valuable and enjoyable ones for me are Bike Forums (mostly C&V and 50+, but I do visit some of the others from time to time) and Passatworld, which has saved me a ton of money and time on the cars (1996 Audi A4 Quattro and 2001 VW Passat wagon).
