I have one which I used on my old Claud Butler (see other thread) which had a TA crankset. If you really get stuck, I could lend it to you - I'm on the Right Coast, so there may be a logistics problem…

PS: I just took a quick look and the threaded part for the crank-arm on the TA tool is the same size as the larger threaded-part of the Park-Tool CCP-1, and the bolt is 15mm. You might get away with using a skinny 15mm socket to remove the bolts and the Park Tool to remove the cranks.
