I was at Launceston one year and for some reason Gilmore was home for Xmas and came out to the centre wth Matty Allan tagging along....bugger me, it was like Tiger Woods walking into your local Drummond Golf.

Gilmore, Clarke, Venny, they are all still heroes over there. Venny was racing in 2000 and was getting standing ovations when they'd announce his name. I'm glad they didn't get Sunshine up to sing a song when I was there! He thinks he's Eric Clapton or something!
