Here is my physical problem in my neck, it should have a nice curve where mine is straight and the middle three all have bone spurs and degenerated discs.

It looks like you should be able to raise that stem- if your cables were long enough.

My guess is that you’d have to change cables anyway- I’d try changing cables and raising the stem. To start out with.
