Considering All-City never made a 56cm Big Block, I'm willing to bet yours is a 55.

I'm 5'10" and have long arms but would size down to a 52cm Big Block based on the long top tube measurement on their frames. I rode a 55cm Thunderdome (which has very similar geo) and it was a touch too big.
