What if all the gel is not consumed during a ride? Does it have to be emptied or can a partially full flask be stored in the fridge for the next ride?

Dealing with individual packets while riding is a drag and modern bibs with raw hem won't hold them so you can't even look pro anymore.

So what brand or model is good?

Here is where cheapskates will tell me to recycle an old ketchup bottle or something...
