It’s a UE-8 from the early/mid 1970s, without its original rack, fenders, and lights. Without those items, it’s practically a UO-8, but with a generator tab on the seat stay.
It’s *way* overpriced at $300. UO-8’s can often be found for around $100 or less. I paid $40 for mine.
The pictured bike appears to have Simplex quick release skewers, which can fetch a few bucks. And likewise its original Ventolux frame pump.
