For short intervals most of your energy output will be coming from anaerobic sources. Thanks, I'll have a look at that. Makes sense. My feeling is that without adequate blood circulation, somethings not optimal. Low CO2 removal, too high acidification? Much easier for me to do these if I'm fresh than tired with no HR. Just my experience.
