It is good you made these detail images of the LXX - once you get it cleaned up you can make a post to the "before & after" thread.

ps - hope there is eno' "meat" remaining it those rails that it will not give surprise when under load.

T & B nominally offered four clips, astonishingly designated as numbers one through four!

Models one an two resemble thine. Model three is the microadjust for round two-wire frames and model four is the microadjust or alloy flat rail models. A four wire was also produced which never seems to get into the brochures. If it did perhaps it might be referenced as model number five...

For T & B fans there are two background resource pages here. The second one has a blank space for the model Nr. 70 saddle so perhaps @non-fixie might wish to email the host with the details from his example...
