I keep a set of rain gear at work and at home and the overshoes at work finally gave out today so I'm in the market for a new pair. It looks like a lot of review sites focus on clipless overshoes, which wouldn't fit the shoes I commute in (some Chrome Dima slip-ons).

I'm looking for something that's primarily waterproof and don't really care about insulation. What do you wear? What are the pro's and con's? How does sizing work for you?
My experience with the inexpensive bicycle rain over shoes is that they are tiny and don't fit my size 11 1/2 US dress shoes for my daily commute to the office. When you find a solution for $40 or less, please post. I wear dress shoes and have magnesium platform pedals with titanium shafts, with nice grippy pins on the pedals for my daily commuter single speed.
