I was initially interested in these, but then saw reviews where some people said the material on the bottom was really thin and that they tear easily. I know that comes with the territory to some extent, but the comments made it seem like this was more wear and tear than one might expect. How long have you had them and have you experienced more-than-standard deterioration?
I have not had them long, less than 6 months. I have used them maybe a dozen times, in light to heavy rain. They have held up well so far, but I don’t walk around in them and my pedals don’t have studs or anything.
