Hello all, just wanted to share that I'm back at it with the back and forth to work, and at 19.9 miles each way I've really had to work back into shape to be able to stack a full week of riding, but I'm halfway though the first one of the year, and I'm thinking I might shoot for a full month of the same judging by the way I feel today. We'll see if that holds true by the beginning of next week, maybe it's just the Pennsylvania spring fever talking. Happy pedaing all.
