Thought the driver saw me as we both slowed down, I assumed he was giving me the right of way to cross in front of him, just as I was in front of the bumper he tried to enter traffic while looking the opposite direction. Luckily I was pushed out of the way by the bumper, my precious baby that I just finished building up the way I like was completely destroyed though. Literally not a single part came out unscathed. I'm heartbroken but completely unharmed. The company who employed the driver who hit me has agreed to pay the cost to replace it.
