BTW my credentials are a PhD in Biochemical Engineering, and I'm currently a postdoc in an immunology lab studying CD8 t-cells in T1D. My background isn't strictly in human physiology/metabolism or exercise physiology but it is one of my areas of interest, and I like to think I have more than a passing knowledge of the major concepts.
