At long last ... Rowan has moved to the Rehab Unit!


He's got a private room with a great view, and we'll explore the facilities in coming days. We'll also have to set up his therapy session schedules too ... or perhaps, they will set them up and let me know. And I'm hoping to be able to set up a visiting schedule that will be a bit easier for me to deal with.


I have also been told that I should be able to take him out for "day trips" so we might start walking longer distances on weekends.


I have absolutely no idea how long he'll be there. No one has said anything to me about that, and I suspect that they'll have to assess him first.


But meanwhile, I'm just glad he's out of the Neuro Ward and main hospital.
