Great question! I don't remember ever needing one. That leads me to believe that I got it as part of a remarkable gift of tools I got just a few years back from my mentor who's now in his 80s. More about those toolkits
in this post. I've emailed him to ask if he remembers. Sadly his memory is going - he remembers the past in detail but has been repeating himself to me moe and more.
