Thanks! I did some researching earlier today and found the adapter kit. $12 and my LBS has it in-stock so no $7.95 S&H. Will pick it up tomorrow.
Those look like they're work with stand-alone bar ends, but I don't think it'll work with Ergon GP5, which is a completely different grip, right?
