They're two noticeably different sizes. You keep the one which fits you better.
Good advice, however; I am shorter now than when I bought the blue Cyclops. Both are fine and comfortable for me to ride, believe it or not. That said...

The blue Cyclops will be on its way to Toronto soon. Sold it an hour ago and that black beauty is now a keeper. Think I will go for a ride as soon as the technicians show up to replace my hot water heater. It sprung a leak yesterday and now I am trying to get that sorted out.

My new Cyclops, which from this day forward will be referred to as a Cyclops Mount Vernon...
