Edit: Okay, I'm off the hook. I just remembered I already spent $69 for a Nashbar carbon fork for the thing, and I don't have any 'free' handlebars, shifters or saddle I can live with to pull from my collection. So making the $100 mark is clearly not doable on this bike. Also, this is the wrong season for me to attempt it. I barely have the patience to fill the tires of the bikes I have ready to ride
