Changing over drivetrains.

Hey guys!
so on my Puegeot P8 (will post pics once I make ten posts since it wont let me till then haha) I have a drivetrain that is set up 2×6 with 14mm spacing. Cranks are french, bottom bracket is swiss with a square taper on it. Shifters have been mounted on velo orange thumb shifter on my handlebars.

I also have a Dave Quinn, which I love and fixed up but is too small for me(frame wise). Thing is I LOVE the way this thing shifts and feels. It has a Shimano Biopace drivetrain system (2x7). The front and rear derailleurs are shimano 105 with downtube shifters. Has a british bottom bracket with square tapers. The rear spacing is 14 mm.

My question is can I put my Biopace 2×7 drivetrain on my P8?
The tires are equivalent (700c to 27').
The rear spacings are the same on both frames (14mm).
The seatpost tubes are even equalivent(9.5cm circumfrance).

Will my tapers line up?
It seems like that would be my only real point of seperation, aside from the chain length of course.
