I'm working more than ever at 60 yrs old. Tough making ends meet. So I get out once a week if I am lucky. I go several weeks without riding. I feel so much better physically and mentally when I do ride. I'm in good enough shape that all the off time from not riding doesnt really effect me anymore. When I have the time and feel good I just jump on the bike and in a few miles start cranking away. I think its the near 1/2 century of riding experience and a great fitting bike that allows me to keep in good riding shape without many current miles. And I have a labor intense job. Keeps me fit.
